NextCore Automations

Automatically post to groups, comment on customer posts, warm up accounts and hide seller posts, running on your own profiles with spacing, schedules and daily limits.

Updated 02/11/202617 min read

Sidebar › NEXTCORE AUTOMATIONS. The screen opens on the Automation library: each row is one feature, with real figures (posts composed, groups in the store, runs in progress). Click a row to open that feature's management page.

Every automation runs inside your profile, so each run uses that profile's own Facebook sign-in and proxy. The features here are for seller accounts or the VIP plan; accounts without access see a Cần quyền Automations (Automations access required) chip and a View plans button.

Since 0.3.166 this screen has an English version: SETTINGS › Appearance and screen privacy › Language › English.

Library

Row Used for
Auto post Post with images, one group after another, to groups in the GROUP CRAWL store or GroupInvest
Auto seeding Like Auto post, but each group gets its own AI-written post based on the group name and area
Auto comment Comment from a template on customer posts in NEXTCORE CUSTOMERPOST
Ẩn bài seller · blacklist (Hide seller posts · blacklist) Hide posts from VIP sellers and the blacklist in the news feed, groups and comments
Auto warm-up Keep accounts active like a real person: read the news feed, browse groups, watch reels. Read only, never posts anything
Luồng nối dây (Wired flows) Build your own automation by wiring nodes together, or record the actions you do once on a profile

The Auto post row tells you the next step: with no posts composed yet it shows a Compose first post button (if the group store is still empty, it reminds you to find groups in GROUP CRAWL first), and with no run yet it says «chưa chạy lượt nào» (no runs yet). When a run has just finished, the row turns green with a Xong N/M (Done N/M) chip and the number of groups in the run; if some groups failed, the chip turns yellow with «· K lỗi» (· K errors). The row keeps this state until you open Auto post.

If the connection to the NextCore server is lost, the top of the page shows Không kết nối được máy chủ NextCore (Cannot connect to the NextCore server) and run permissions follow the copy saved at the last check.

Auto post

The Auto post screen shows composed posts as cards that look like posts in a Facebook group. Click Compose new post (or Compose first post when there are none yet) to open the Compose post screen. A post saves itself half a second after you stop typing.

Compose a post

  1. Content: choose Write manually and type the price, available dates and how to book. Or choose AI seeding NextCore (see the section below).
  2. Images: click Add photos. Up to 50 images, JPG, PNG or WebP, each up to 8 MB.
  3. Post background: pick a colored background for a short text post. Facebook does not accept a background on posts with images, so this block hides itself.
  4. Who posts · where to post: click Select profiles to post with, then pick groups (see Pick groups). Click Check accounts so the app reads the Facebook account of each profile; the Post as box lets you choose the personal profile or a Fanpage that account manages.
  5. Schedule auto run and How it runs: see the sections below.
  6. Click the button in the bottom bar: Post to N groups, or Run campaign · N runs when there are several profiles.

The Preview panel on the right renders the post the way a Facebook group post looks: the poster, the group name, text cut at 5 lines with See more, and the image grid. The layout can be off by a few pixels depending on the machine.

The top of the screen has Post list, Duplicate (creates an identical new post; the copy's auto-run schedule starts off) and Delete post. A post is locked for editing while a run is in progress.

Pick groups

The Pick groups to post to dialog has three sources: GroupCrawl (the store on this machine, see NEXTCORE GROUPCRAWL), GroupInvest (groups NextCore operates, included in the VIP plan) and Both (duplicates removed by group ID). Search by name, filter by area, tick to select. The source is remembered per post; switching source does not drop groups you already picked.

The Who posts · where to post block also has:

Join group

If the profile is not yet a member of a group, the app clicks Join group for you. A private group must approve the request before you can post; that row reports an error with an Open group button so you can check it yourself.

AI seeding NextCore

Choose AI seeding NextCore in the Content block (or click the Auto seeding row in the library). Each group gets its own AI-written post based on the group name and area. The post is generated when that group's turn comes; posting to that group again reuses the same generated post.

Content spin

For a Write manually post, turn on Spin content via NEXTCORE AGENT so each group gets a variant with the same meaning, keeping the price, phone number, dates and links unchanged. Light changes wording and keeps the structure; Medium changes the opening sentence and the phrasing. In the preview panel, the Variant tab and the Try variant button show a sample (the sample is not saved). Spin needs an AI provider in NEXTCORE AGENT; without one, the original post is used.

Schedule auto run

Turn on the switch, add Run times during the day (for example 07:30 and 19:30) and choose Days of the week. At the scheduled time the app opens the profiles and runs the campaign. The app must be open for the schedule to run.

How it runs

Row Meaning
Rest between two groups A random pause, set by dragging both ends of the slider, from 1 to 120 minutes
Posting order In order following the list, or Random each run
Duplicate group posting Allow duplicate posts · No reposting on the same day · At least N hours apart · Never repost to a group already posted to
Run in parallel How many profiles post at once, up to 10. Applies to every post on the machine; the app arranges the windows
Rotate profiles Each profile posts N posts, then hands over to another profile. When off, each profile posts its whole share
Each Facebook account posts to at most … groups per day 0 (no limit) to 60. Counted per Facebook account, across every post and every profile that uses that account. Once the limit is reached, the remaining groups show Skipped with the reason and wait for tomorrow
Each group: at most … posts / account / day 0 (no limit) to 10. If one account posts to the same group beyond the limit, that group is Skipped and other groups still get posted
Stop on consecutive errors After 2, 3 or 5 failed groups in a row, stop that profile and move to the next profile
Warm up between posts Browse Facebook during the pause between two groups. Choose sources: Bảng tin (News feed), Reel, Group trong GROUP CRAWL (Groups in GROUP CRAWL), GroupInvest NextCore, Thông báo (Notifications)
Auto repost every A loop of posting then warming up, repeated every N hours. Only available when the auto-run schedule is off
Post anonymously The post shows no name and goes into the admin approval queue. Groups that do not allow anonymous posts report an error
Dry run Opens each group, pastes the text and images into the post box, then stops. Never clicks Post and never clicks join

The bottom bar estimates the minutes for the whole run and reports how many groups are skipped by the duplicate posting rule.

Track a posting run

While a run is in progress, the compose screen turns into a queue: one row per group, with the status Queued, Posting, Posted, Awaiting admin approval, Error or Skipped. The Stop run button stops immediately. On the list screen, the Running posts block shows what each profile is doing and the next group.

When a run finishes, the run card has these buttons:

To assign several profiles to a post quickly: in PROFILE MANAGER, select the profiles, right-click › Add to Auto post….

Auto comment

The Auto comment screen has three tabs: Chiến dịch (Campaigns), Lượt bình luận (Comment runs) and Mẫu (Templates).

  1. Mẫu (Templates) tab › Tạo mẫu mới (Create new template): give it a name and type the text, for example «Dạ bên em còn phòng ngày đó ạ, anh/chị inbox hoặc gọi 0912 345 678 để em báo giá nhé». Line breaks are kept in the comment.
  2. Chiến dịch (Campaigns) tab › New campaign.
  3. Comment content › Take text from: Comment template, or Auto post sample post (the campaign always uses the latest version of that post).
  4. Image: No image, 1 fixed image, or 1 random image from sample post. Facebook allows only 1 image per comment.
  5. Which customer posts get comments: choose the Area, Category (chips show the number of posts in the last 7 days) and Only comment on posts from the last 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours or 24 hours.
  6. Who comments: click Select profiles to comment with.
  7. Click Test comment on 1 post to test on the post being previewed, then Start watching.

While watching, the app scans CUSTOMERPOST every 5 minutes and queues comments for new posts that match the filter. Pause in the bottom bar stops it.

Row in How it runs Meaning
Rest between two comments Random within a range, 45–120 seconds by default, adjustable from 15 to 600 seconds
Hours allowed for auto comments Outside these hours it waits, so it never comments in the middle of the night
Max comments per profile per day The daily cap, up to 60
Skip posts already commented on from this machine Checked against the history on this machine, across every campaign. The app does not read comments on Facebook
Like the post after commenting Waits a few seconds, then likes that same post

Spin comments via NEXTCORE AGENT rewrites the template into different wording with the same meaning for each customer post. It does not read the customer post, and it keeps phone numbers, prices, dates and links unchanged.

To comment on a single post by hand: in NEXTCORE CUSTOMERPOST click Auto comment on the post card, then choose Bình luận bằng profile (Comment with profile) and Comment template. The comment goes into the queue; follow it in the Lượt bình luận (Comment runs) tab (which has Dừng hàng đợi (Stop queue) and Xoá lịch sử (Clear history)).

Auto comment needs an account with NEXTCORE CUSTOMERPOST to read customer posts.

Auto warm-up

The Auto warm-up screen has two tabs: Chiến dịch (Campaigns) and Today's sessions. Create a campaign, then:

  1. Accounts to warm up: click Select accounts to warm up.
  2. How to warm up: turn on behaviors and choose a level: Low · Medium · High. In each session the app picks one behavior according to the levels.
  3. How it runs: session length, rest between two sessions, daily caps, warm-up hours.
  4. Click Test run 1 session of 3 min to try it, then Start warm-up.
Behavior What it does Daily cap
Browse news feed Scrolls, pauses to read, opens «See more», occasionally scrolls back up no limit
Browse group feed Goes into a random group (source GroupCrawl, GroupInvest or both) and scrolls through it. Two accounts never enter the same group within 2 hours no limit
Xem reel (Watch reels) Watches 10–40 videos in a row each time at most 6 times
Read notifications Opens the Notifications page and scrolls through it, without marking anything as read at most 5 times
Open Messenger Looks at the chat list without opening any chat at most 4 times
Add group members as friends Sends friend requests to new group members, never to admins, with at least 20 minutes between two requests at most 3 requests

Two more switches: Like while reading (about 1 post in every 100 read, at most 3 times per account per day) and Like comments (at most 2 times per account per day). Warm-up never writes comments, shares, follows, or joins or leaves groups.

Row in How it runs Meaning
Session length Random within 2–60 minutes
Rest between two sessions of an account 5–360 minutes. The account is closed during the rest
Max per account per day Minutes and sessions; once reached, the account rests until tomorrow
Warm-up hours All day, or Within hours (can cross midnight, for example 22:00 to 06:00)
Run in parallel Shares the same cap with Auto post; change it in Auto post › How it runs
Stop account when Facebook asks for verification Always on. On a checkpoint, a sign-out or a verification dialog, that account stops

An account you have open yourself is skipped until you close it. An account running Auto post or Auto comment also gives up that turn. An account stopped for verification is only warmed up again when you allow it; open the account, finish the verification, and only then click.

Hide seller posts · blacklist

The app attaches the filter to the profile, no extension needed. Posts from accounts on the blacklist and from NextCore VIP sellers are hidden in the news feed, groups and comments; posts from customers looking for rooms still show. The profile or page you are using is never hidden.

Group pages are filtered as soon as they load. The home news feed can flash a post for a split second before hiding it.

Wired flows

Library › Luồng nối dây (Wired flows). Build an automation yourself by wiring nodes together, or do the task once on a profile and let the app record it as a flow.

Record actions

  1. Open the profile you want to work in, then on the flow screen click Ghi thao tác (Record actions) and pick the open profile.
  2. Work normally in the profile window: click, type, change pages. The element about to be recorded gets a red frame; the floating button Đang ghi · N · Dừng (Recording · N · Stop) counts the steps. Actions on the floating button itself are not recorded.
  3. Click Dừng ghi (Stop recording) (or Huỷ bản ghi (Discard recording) to throw it away), then Mở trên bảng vẽ (Open on canvas).

Canvas

Flows can also be built and run through MCP with the ncb_luong_* tools.

Posts with images from files

Since 0.3.168, the Dữ liệu (Data) group has two more nodes so a flow can publish many posts, each with its own text and images:

Each flow declares its thư mục được đọc (readable folders) in the properties column (the folder button opens the machine's dialog). The two nodes above only touch files inside those folders; hidden files, .. paths and the data folders of the app or of profiles are always blocked.

Example: the folder bai-thang-11 has bai.md with 3 posts separated by ---, and images 1-a.jpg, 1-b.jpg, 2-a.jpg, 3-a.jpg. The flow reads bai.md and loops 3 times; iteration 2 types post number 2 and uploads the images starting with 2-.

Since version 0.3.149, when a node fails the app takes a screenshot of the page at that moment and attaches it to the node, so you or an agent can see why it broke. The app keeps the 50 most recent error screenshots in the luong-loi folder of the data folder.

Flows can be saved to the NextCore server under your account (ncb_luong_luu): every machine signed in to the same account sees the same store (ncb_luong_ds) and can open them again (ncb_luong_mo). If another machine edited that flow after you opened it, the app tells you and does not overwrite it. A broken flow cannot be saved. Requires the same Automations access.

Language

Since 0.3.172, the NEXTCORE AUTOMATIONS screen shows English when you choose English in Cài đặt › Giao diện (Settings › Appearance), or choose Use system setting on a machine that uses English. Content you enter and data taken from Facebook stay in their original language.
