NextCore GroupCrawl

Find Facebook groups by keyword with your own profiles, keep them in a store on your machine, score their quality, sort them by area and category, export CSV or push them to your own system. Includes NEXTCORE GROUPINVEST, the groups NextCore operates.

Sidebar › NEXTCORE SERVICE › NEXTCORE GROUPCRAWL. This screen finds Facebook groups by keyword, runs on a profile signed in to Facebook, and saves the results to a store on this machine. This store is the source of target groups for Auto post. Groups operated by NextCore are on their own screen, NEXTCORE GROUPINVEST, right above GROUPCRAWL in the sidebar.

No results leave the machine while Đóng góp cho NextCore (Contribute to NextCore) and Đẩy dữ liệu (Push data) are off (both are off by default).

#Sections

#Campaigns

Since 0.3.167, the top of the screen has a Chiến dịch (Campaign) selector, shared with NEXTCORE CUSTOMERPOST. Each campaign is a separate group store for one line of work, for example «Du lịch & lưu trú» (Travel & lodging) and «Bất động sản Lâm Đồng» (Lam Dong real estate). Whichever campaign you choose, the whole screen works on that campaign:

• Tìm group mới (Find new groups): groups found go into the selected campaign. Keywords, area and the profiles to run on are remembered separately for each campaign.
• Kho group (Group store), Phân tích lại (Reanalyze), Export CSV: only count the groups of the selected campaign.
• Deleting or blocking a group only applies within that campaign. A group can be in several campaigns at the same time.

Click New campaign to create one: set the Campaign name and the Lĩnh vực (Field) (Du lịch & lưu trú (Travel & lodging), Bất động sản & nhà đất (Real estate & property), Khác (Other)). Creating and editing campaigns does not need the CUSTOMERPOST plan.

The first time you open version 0.3.167, every group already in the store is placed in the default campaign «Du lịch & lưu trú» (Travel & lodging), and earlier Reanalyze results are kept. With Delete campaign, its groups and block list move to the default campaign, so no group is lost. CUSTOMERPOST reads posts from the groups of the currently selected campaign; Warm-up still uses the whole store.

#Find new groups

1. Type keywords into the Từ khoá (Keywords) box and press Enter or type a comma to add each one. For example: homestay đà lạt, cho thuê phòng bảo lộc. Each keyword is one search, with no limit on the number of keywords.
2. Khu vực (Area): leave it on Tự nhận từ từ khoá (Detect from keywords) (the app recognizes the province in the keyword and the group name), choose Toàn quốc (Nationwide), or choose a province to add to the search query. The province list follows the new boundaries and includes the old names of merged provinces.
3. Chạy trên (Run on): choose one or more profiles signed in to Facebook. With several, the app rotates: each search uses the next profile.
4. Click Tìm N từ khoá (Search N keywords).

During the search, the card shows progress for each keyword (the page being read, the number of groups), the number of new groups, and a Dừng sau từ khoá này (Stop after this keyword) button. When it finishes, the card summarizes how many were found, how many were duplicates, how many are new and how many were updated. Click Tìm lượt mới (New search) to go back to the input box.

Only one search runs at a time. There is no waiting time between two searches.

#Keyword suggestions

The NEXTCORE AGENT gợi ý (NEXTCORE AGENT suggests) strip sits below the keyword box. Once you have a first keyword, the Agent suggests related keywords by area, along with the provider name and the cost of the suggestion request.

• Click a pill to add that keyword, or Thêm N gợi ý (Add N suggestions) to add them all.
• Gợi ý thêm (More suggestions) asks for a new batch and appends it to the list.
• If the list is long, click Xem cả N gợi ý (Show all N suggestions).

Suggestions need an AI provider in NEXTCORE AGENT. Without one, the strip shows a Mở NEXTCORE AGENT (Open NEXTCORE AGENT) button; you can still search with keywords you type yourself as usual.

#Fetch method and advanced options

#Group store

Since 0.3.167, the store shows each group as a card, in a 4-column grid on wide screens, then 3, 2 and 1 columns as the screen gets narrower. A card has a checkbox, the group image and name (long names wrap to 2 lines; hover to see the full name), a Mới (New) badge, the member count and posts per day, a quality level chip after a Reanalyze run, the area and category (click to edit), the source it was found from, the number of CUSTOMERPOST posts when the account has access, and the reason when the group is under Đã lọc (Filtered). A store of more than 300 groups still scrolls smoothly.

• Filters: the Search group name, keyword… box, Area, Category, Chất lượng (Quality) (Cao (High) · Vừa (Medium) · Thấp (Low) · Kém (Poor) · Chưa phân tích (Not analyzed)), and the buttons Tất cả (All) · Mới (New) (first seen within 24 hours) · Đã lọc (Filtered) · Đã xoá (Deleted).
• Sorting: Mới thấy gần đây (Recently seen), Nhiều thành viên (Most members), Nhiều bài mỗi ngày (Most posts per day), Nhiều bài CustomerPost (Most CustomerPost posts), Tên A → Z (Name A → Z).
• The ⋯ menu on a card: Mở trên Facebook (Open on Facebook), Sao chép link (Copy link), Sửa khu vực (Edit area), Sửa danh mục (Edit category), Lọc khỏi kho (kém) (Filter out of store (poor)), Xoá khỏi kho (Delete from store).
• Tick several cards and the action bar appears: Sửa khu vực ▾ (Edit area ▾), Sửa danh mục ▾ (Edit category ▾), Export CSV, Xoá (Delete), plus Chọn cả N khớp bộ lọc (Select all N matching the filter) to select every group matching the current filter (not only the ones in view). On a narrow screen the edit and export buttons are grouped into one menu.

#Edit area and category

Click the area or category on a card (or Sửa khu vực ▾ (Edit area ▾) when several are selected). The picker has a search box (old province names work too); click Áp dụng (Apply) to save, or Bỏ khu vực (Clear area) / Bỏ danh mục (Clear category) to remove the value. The province list and industry categories are loaded from NextCore and refreshed every 24 hours.

#Delete a group

Xoá khỏi kho (Delete from store) opens a confirmation dialog. Tick Không thêm lại khi tìm thấy lần sau (Do not add again when found next time) and the group goes to Đã xoá (Deleted) and later searches skip it. Leave it unticked if you only want to refresh it: the next search adds it again as a new group. Right after deleting, the notification has an Hoàn tác (Undo) button.

#Reanalyze quality

Phân tích (Analysis) tab › Phân tích lại (Reanalyze). The app scores each group against the keyword that found it: how well the keyword matches the group name, industry and area. For example, if the keyword «sim tứ quý» (four-of-a-kind phone numbers) finds a group selling Tứ Quý mangoes, that group is scored poor.

• Bước 1/2 (Step 1/2) scores with rules on the machine, at no cost. After this step the table is already usable.
• Bước 2/2 (Step 2/2) only runs when Hỏi AI cho nhóm mơ hồ (Ask AI about ambiguous groups) is on: AI reviews the groups the rules were unsure about, with a cost cap per run (0.05 USD by default).
• If a group name contains a place name, the app assigns the area automatically (marked ✦ in the table).

Results fall into 4 levels: Tiềm năng cao (High potential), Vừa (Medium), Thấp (Low) (area mismatch or a general group), Kém (Poor). Poor groups are filtered out of the default store view, not deleted: see them with the Đã lọc (Filtered) button on the store table.

If you are not happy with the whole run, click Hoàn tác lượt này (Undo this run): the store goes back to how it was before the run.

#Analysis schedule

Turn on Lịch phân tích (Analysis schedule) so the Agent sorts new groups into fields and areas according to NextCore's Danh mục ngành (Industry categories). Chu kỳ (Interval): every 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours. The Lượt phân tích đã chạy (Analysis runs) block records the latest run: how many groups it reviewed and how many it filled in. The schedule needs an API key in NEXTCORE AGENT.

#Background jobs

Since 0.3.167, Việc nền (Background jobs) is a button at the top of the screen showing how many jobs are on (for example «Việc nền 2/3», Background jobs 2/3). Click it to open a dialog with a row of switches and the Đẩy dữ liệu (Push data) section:

• Lịch phân tích (Analysis schedule): as in the section above.
• Đóng góp cho NextCore (Contribute to NextCore): sends a filtered copy (group ID, name, member count, area, field) so NextCore can suggest better groups. It does not send Facebook accounts, posts or member lists.
• Đẩy dữ liệu (Push data): click Cài đặt (Settings) to send groups to your own system.

#Push data to your own system

The Đẩy dữ liệu sang nền tảng khác (Push data to another platform) dialog has two destinations, each turned on separately:

1. Fill in the details and click Kiểm kết nối (Test connection). A database destination can only be turned on after one passing test.
2. Turn on the switch and click Save.
3. From then on, after each search the app sends the new or changed groups. Đẩy ngay (Push now) sends what is pending without waiting for a search.

The app only sends the public part of a group: ID, name, link, member count, posts per day, privacy, area, category, times seen. It does not send Facebook accounts, profiles or keywords. Header values and database passwords are stored encrypted on the machine; leaving a field empty when editing keeps the old value. Table schema and sample data: Push GROUP CRAWL data.

A push error does not break the search; the store on the machine stays complete. The error message appears on the Đẩy dữ liệu (Push data) row.

#Export CSV

The ⋯ button › Export CSV exports every group matching the current filter; Export CSV in the multi-select bar exports only the ticked rows. The file is UTF-8 with a BOM, so Excel reads Vietnamese correctly. Columns: group_id, ten, url, thanh_vien, thanh_vien_lam_tron, bai_ngay, che_do, khu_vuc, danh_muc, bai_customerpost, bai_customerpost_7_ngay, tu_khoa, profile, lan_dau, lan_cuoi.

#NextCore store (NextCore API source)

Choose Nguồn (Source) › API NextCore (NextCore API) to view groups NextCore has reviewed and categorized. Filter by area and category, sort; tick groups and click Lưu N group vào kho máy (Save N groups to the local store) to use them as posting targets or keep editing them. Groups already in the local store get their figures updated; groups you deleted with blocking are skipped.

The NextCore store is for seller accounts or the VIP plan. For accounts without access the screen shows View plans; the store on the machine still works as usual.

#NEXTCORE GROUPINVEST

Sidebar › NEXTCORE SERVICE › NEXTCORE GROUPINVEST. These are the Facebook groups NextCore operates (Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, Phan Thiết, TP. Hồ Chí Minh…), used as targets for Auto post and as a browsing source for Auto warm-up. GroupInvest is included in the NextCore VIP plan; if your plan does not include it, the screen shows Xem gói VIP (View VIP plans) and Mở GroupCrawl (Open GroupCrawl).

Tick groups and the action bar shows the number of groups, the total members and two buttons:

• Chép link (Copy links): copies the links of the selected groups.
• Đăng bài vào N group (Post to N groups): creates a new post in Auto post with exactly the selected groups, then opens the composer so you can write the content and choose profiles.

The list is saved on the machine. When offline, the screen shows the saved copy with the time it was saved and the sentence «Không tải được danh sách mới» (Could not load the new list).

In Auto post, when picking target groups you choose the source GroupCrawl, GroupInvest or Both (duplicate groups are counted once).

#Common errors

• The selected profiles are open in Firefox: GROUP CRAWL only runs on NextCore Chromium. Close the profile and open it again with Chromium, or choose another profile.
• The search stopped on an error, with a Mở profile-name để đăng nhập (Open profile-name to sign in) button: the profile is not signed in to Facebook or the session has expired. Open the profile, sign in, run it again. Groups found before the error are still saved.
• Đã dừng vì bạn đóng profile (Stopped because you closed the profile): closing the profile window in the middle of a search stops it. Keep the profile open until it finishes.
• Member counts like 27K: fetched with DOM, or Đếm chính xác số thành viên (Exact member count) is not on.
• The AI step stopped, the provider reports a rate limit (429): ambiguous groups keep the level from the rules. Click Thử lại bước AI (Retry AI step) after a few minutes, or add a key in NEXTCORE AGENT.
• … nên lượt này đọc bằng DOM: số thành viên làm tròn, có thể thiếu nhóm (… so this search reads the DOM: member counts are rounded, groups may be missing): the app did not receive the group search query from the NextCore server (offline, or the sign-in session expired). The search still runs by reading the page. Check the network or sign in again, then search again to get exact member counts.
• The Phân tích lại (Reanalyze) button is greyed out: the store is still empty, or a search is writing to the store. Wait for the search to finish.

#Language

Since 0.3.172, the NEXTCORE GROUPCRAWL screen shows English when you choose English in Cài đặt › Giao diện (Settings › Appearance), or choose Use system setting on a machine that uses English. Content you enter and data taken from Facebook stay in their original language.
