NextCore CRM, Sheet and PMS

Open the CRM inbox, the SHEET room calendar and the PMS operations screen right inside the app, signed in to the right NextCore account automatically, with a web session kept separate from every profile.

Sidebar › NEXTCORE SERVICE › NEXTCORE CRM, NEXTCORE SHEET or NEXTCORE PMS. These three items open the matching NextCore web page in a frame inside the app. The app does not redraw these pages: you use the same CRM, Sheet and PMS as on the web, without opening a browser or signing in again.

Item Used for
NEXTCORE CRM The business's Zalo, Facebook and web inbox
NEXTCORE SHEET Spreadsheet for the room calendar, prices and receivables
NEXTCORE PMS Front desk, housekeeping and inventory for the property

NEXTCORE PMS only appears in the sidebar for hosts and property staff with permission. CRM and SHEET always appear; accounts without permission see an introduction page with View pricing.

Single sign-on

You never type a password in the frame. When you open an item, the app asks the NextCore server for a one-time sign-in code (valid for 60 seconds) for the account signed in to the app, then loads the page with that code. The waiting screen shows two steps:

  1. Verifying NextCore account
  2. Loading NEXTCORE CRM inbox (or Loading NEXTCORE SHEET, Loading property operations)

The three items share one web session, so once CRM is open, Sheet and PMS open straight away. The bar above the frame shows «signed in as» followed by the account name.

Admin accounts do not sign in with a machine code: the frame shows the NextCore password sign-in page.

Session isolation

Frame bar

The frame is kept after the first open: switch to another screen and come back, and the page is still where you left it, without reloading. Light/dark mode in the frame follows the app's mode.

Printing slips on a thermal printer (PMS)

Since 0.3.149, when you open NEXTCORE PMS in the app, the booking detail panel in Front desk has two extra buttons, In phiếu nhận phòng (Print check-in slip) and In phiếu thu (Print receipt) (the receipt button only appears once the booking has been paid). These buttons exist only in the app, not when PMS is opened in a regular browser.

Set up the printer once in SETTINGS › Receipt printer (only shown for accounts with NEXTCORE PMS):

  1. Connection: Network printer (LAN) or Printer plugged into this machine (USB).
  2. Network printer: type the Printer address, for example 192.168.1.50 or 192.168.1.50:9100 (default port 9100; print the printer's self-test page to see its IP). USB printer: choose it in the Printer select from the printers with drivers installed on the machine.
  3. Paper width: 80 mm (counter printer) or 58 mm (small, handheld printer).
  4. Click Test print: the app prints a sample slip with full Vietnamese diacritics and money columns.

The app prints Vietnamese text as an image, so a thermal printer of any brand prints the diacritics correctly without choosing a code page. Each print is one slip; if a network printer does not respond after about 5 seconds, the button reports Không in được phiếu (Could not print slip) with the reason.

Guest registration deadline reminders (PMS)

The SETTINGS › Guest registration reminders switch (on by default, only takes effect for accounts with NEXTCORE PMS). The app shows a Windows or macOS notification:

Each guest gets exactly those two reminders, and restarting the app does not repeat them. Guests marked Đã khai (Registered) are not reminded. Notifications work even when the app is minimized to the tray; clicking one opens the Khai báo (Registration) tab of Front desk in NEXTCORE PMS directly.

Language

Since 0.3.172, the NEXTCORE CRM, SHEET and PMS screens show English when you choose English in Cài đặt › Giao diện (Settings › Appearance), or choose Use system setting on a machine set to English. Content you enter and data taken from Facebook stay in their original language.
