NextCore Tools

Bulk video downloads, channel scans, stream link capture, transcript extraction, e-commerce product capture, CapCut template try-on, conversion and metadata removal. Everything runs on this machine.

Sidebar › NEXTCORE TOOLS. The Tools screen gathers jobs for video and web pages: downloading videos, scanning channels, capturing links, extracting transcripts, getting product images, trying on CapCut templates and converting files. Everything runs on this machine and is saved to the folder shown at the top of the page.

The first time you use it, the app downloads the yt-dlp video download engine and ffmpeg (about 110 MB) into the data folder. This only happens once.

#Command box

The top box accepts anything you paste: a video link, a TikTok @channel name, a link to a page with video, a product link, a CapCut template link. The app recognizes what it is and suggests what to do; use ↑ ↓ then Enter to choose.

#Home screen and tools

Opening NEXTCORE TOOLS shows the home screen; there is no tab bar any more:

• Large panel at the top: the tool you use most, with real figures and its 3 most recent jobs.
• Other tools: the remaining 5 tools, ordered by use. A tool running in the background shows a dot.
• Recent results: the latest result from each tool that keeps history, each card with a thumbnail; click to open the file.

When you enter a tool, the left column becomes a vertical tool bar for switching between tools; in a narrow window it shows icons only. Switching tools does not lose running downloads. The app remembers which screen you had open for next time.

The ⋯ menu at the top of each tool: Save folder…, Open save folder, Add many links / load .txt, .csv file, Export list as CSV / JSON, turn metadata removal after download on or off, the number of simultaneous downloads (1 to 5), Update yt-dlp engine.

#Bulk video downloads

1. Paste a link into the command box and choose Download this video. For many links, open ⋯ › Add many links / load .txt, .csv file and paste one link per line.
2. Choose the Download format: MP4 gốc cao nhất (Highest original MP4), MP4 tối đa 1080p (MP4 up to 1080p), or Chỉ âm thanh MP3 (MP3 audio only).
3. For private videos or videos that need a sign-in: click the Don’t borrow cookies box to choose a profile. The app borrows that profile's cookies and proxy for the download without overwriting the profile's session.

The ⋯ menu on each row: View large, Open folder containing file, Retry, Stop, Copy original caption, Copy video link, Remove from table (the downloaded file stays on the machine).

#Scan a channel

The Add videos to queue dialog › Scan channel, playlist tab. Enter @monngonlamdong or a YouTube channel or playlist link. Set Only videos with over N views and the number of latest videos to scan. The results table has VIEWS, DURATION and POSTED columns; tick the videos you want and click Add N videos.

#E-commerce products

Paste a product link from Shopee, Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop or any website. The app opens the page in a separate Chromium session (using a profile's cookies if you choose one) and gets the name, price, HD images, video, highlights, specifications, and images and videos from 5-star reviews. Foreign-currency prices get an extra line with an approximate conversion for reference, not the selling price.

#CapCut templates and Try on

1. CapCut templates tab: choose a topic, Tất cả Trend VN (All VN trends), Bán hàng (Sales), Homestay, du lịch (Homestay, travel), Biến hình (Transformation), Giật Beat (Beat sync), Tâm trạng (Mood). Or paste a capcut.com/template-detail/… or capcut.com/t/… link into the command box.
2. The app downloads the sample video, separates the original music and detects the cut points for each slot.
3. Menu on the template row › Try with your images.

The Try on room plays the Original template and your version on the same music, swapping images at the exact time of each slot, so you can preview without rendering.

• Fill the slots: click each slot to choose an image or video, drag to reorder. Or fill quickly with From the e-commerce product just fetched, From the NEXTCORE MEDIA library, Pick images, videos from computer.
• Transitions: Cắt thẳng (Straight cut), Beat Zoom, Flash trắng (White flash), Ken Burns…
• Click play (Space), and turn on side-by-side playback to compare the rhythm.
• Once all slots are filled, click Export MP4 from this template, or Send to AI Director (NEXTCORE MEDIA) to create a project with the scenes already in place.

Music in CapCut templates may be copyrighted by someone else. Using it to try out the rhythm is fine; when posting publicly, switch to music you have the right to use.

#Capture links

Paste a link to a page with video and choose Capture video links on this page. The app opens the page in a separate session, waits for the video to play (about 10 seconds) and records every stream. The table has TYPE, STREAM URL and SIZE columns; click Download or Copy link. HLS .m3u8 streams are merged into a single .mp4 file when downloaded. Choose a Proxy when opening page if the page is region-blocked; click Capture again to try once more.

#Subtitles · Scripts

Paste a YouTube or TikTok video link and choose Extract this video’s transcript. Videos with subtitles from the uploader or automatic captions can be extracted. Choose the Subtitle language: Vietnamese first or English first.

The Original transcript panel has buttons to copy it and open the subtitle file's folder. In the Rewritten script panel, type a request, for example «kịch bản TikTok 30 giây cho homestay ở Trạm Hành, kèm caption và 5 hashtag» (a 30-second TikTok script for a homestay in Trạm Hành, with a caption and 5 hashtags), and click Rewrite. Rewriting uses the AI provider set in NEXTCORE AGENT.

#Convert media

Choose a type and click Choose files (you can choose several files at once):

#Common errors

• No link found: paste a link starting with https://, or a TikTok @channel name.
• A video fails to download because it needs a sign-in: choose a profile in the Don’t borrow cookies box, then click Retry.
• Many downloads fail on a site that used to work: the site changed how it plays video. Open ⋯ › Update yt-dlp engine and try again.
• No ffmpeg yet: the app downloads it automatically on the first conversion.
• Capture links finds no streams: the page did not play video within the waiting time. Click Capture again, or choose a proxy when opening the page.
• Không có lời thoại (No transcript): the video has neither subtitles from the uploader nor automatic captions.

#Language

Since 0.3.172, the NEXTCORE TOOLS screen shows English when you choose English in Cài đặt › Giao diện (Settings › Appearance), or choose Use system setting on a machine set to English. Content you enter and data taken from Facebook stay in their original language.
