NextCore CustomerPost
Read posts from guests looking for rooms in Facebook groups, crawl them yourself with your own profile and a custom prompt for NEXTCORE AGENT, and filter by time, area, category and room-offer comments.
Sidebar › NEXTCORE SERVICE › NEXTCORE CUSTOMERPOST. This screen shows posts from guests looking for rooms, collected from Facebook groups. You can view the posts NextCore has already collected on its server, or crawl groups yourself with your own profile; filter down to the areas where you have rooms, open the original post to offer a room, or queue comments with a profile.
CustomerPost requires permission on your NextCore account. Accounts without permission see an introduction page with View pricing; after you buy, access opens within 15 minutes, with no need to sign in again. Posts you crawl yourself on this machine stay viewable even when your plan does not include posts from the NextCore API.
Since 0.3.166 this screen has an English version: SETTINGS › Appearance and screen privacy › Language › English.

| Post card grid | Cards look like posts in a Facebook group and are laid out in a staggered masonry grid by height (since 0.3.167): 4 columns when the main area is at least 1,500 px wide, 3 columns from 1,050 px, 2 columns from 660 px, 1 column when narrower. When the post detail panel is open, the column count is based on the remaining width |
With the NextCore API source, new posts appear at the top of the grid automatically while the app window is open (the app reloads the first page every 30 seconds), so you do not need to leave the screen and come back.
Each filter option shows its post count based on the other active filters, so you know in advance how many posts you will get.
Post card
Each card has the poster's avatar, the poster's name ▸ group name on one line, the post time, the first 5 lines of text (click See more to read it all) and the post's images (1, 2, or 3 or more images). The card footer shows the guest's need, the area and an Open post button that opens the original post on Facebook. Click a card to open the post detail panel. While loading, the grid shows placeholder cards of the same shape.
Campaigns
Since 0.3.167, the Campaign select on the Crawl on this machine card lets you separate posts by line of work, for example «Du lịch & lưu trú» (Travel and lodging) and «Bất động sản Lâm Đồng» (Lâm Đồng real estate). This select is shared with NEXTCORE GROUPCRAWL.
- Each campaign remembers its own profile, group list, industry and areas to crawl, prompt and maximum number of groups per run. The Bất động sản & nhà đất (Real estate and land) field has its own default prompt.
- Crawled posts belong to the selected campaign; the grid and filter counts only include that campaign's posts. A post judged «không phải khách» (not a guest) in the Travel campaign is still read again when crawling for the Real estate campaign.
- The GroupCrawl group source takes the groups of the selected campaign. A campaign with no groups uses the whole store.
- The first time you open 0.3.167, existing posts and prompts are placed in the default campaign «Du lịch & lưu trú» (Travel and lodging). Delete campaign moves its posts to the default campaign, so no posts are lost. The default campaign cannot be deleted.
The AI assistant selects and saves campaigns through the MCP tool ncb_cp_chien_dich; ncb_cp_crawl and ncb_cp_bai take a chienDich parameter (id or name).
Crawl on this machine
- Choose Source › On this machine, then choose a Campaign.
- In the Profile select, choose a profile that is signed in to Facebook (the select shows whether each profile is open or closed).
- Choose a group list: GroupCrawl or GroupInvest (the number next to it is the group count).
- Click Crawl N groups.
While it runs, the card shows progress right below: the group being read, posts read, guest posts, images saved to the machine, duplicates of earlier posts, and posts that are not from guests. Click Stop to stop midway. When the run finishes, a summary strip shows the number of new guest posts and images; click View new posts only to filter to posts from the last 24 hours.
The secondary line on the card tells you whether NEXTCORE AGENT is analyzing posts. If it says No AI connected, posts are still saved to the machine but their needs have not been read yet.
Your prompt
Click Your prompt on the crawl card to open the prompt box: the instruction NEXTCORE AGENT uses to read each post (what the guest needs, how many people, which dates…). The prompt is saved on this machine.
- The label in the corner of the box shows its state: Not saved, Saving…, Saved HH:mm, or Using the default prompt.
- Up to 8,000 characters, with a counter below the box. Over the limit, the border turns red and the Save prompt button is disabled.
- Restore default asks for confirmation before overwriting your prompt.
- A new prompt only applies to posts crawled from the next run on; saved posts keep their earlier results. If you edit without saving during a crawl, the card reminds you «Unsaved prompt edits do not apply to this run».
Post details
Click a post card (including the images on the card) to open the detail panel on the right: the image album (saved on the machine; albums with more than 6 images show a «+n» tile), the NEXTCORE AGENT read table (need, number of people, area…), and these buttons:
- Open post: opens the original post on Facebook.
- Copy content: copies the post's text.
- Auto comment: choose Comment with profile and a Comment template, then queue the comment. Track it in NEXTCORE AUTOMATIONS › Auto comment.
Click the large image to view it at full size: «Image n / N», the ← → keys move between images, Home End jump to the first and last image, and a thumbnail strip shows every image. A broken image shows «This image couldn’t be opened» with a button to open the post on Facebook. Press Esc or click outside the image to close.
Click the close button or press Esc to close the panel.
